Day 1. Fly to Sao Paulo
Fly London to Sao Paulo, on the overnight flight.

Day 2.Transfer to Parati
Met on arrival and transfer to Pousada Picinguaba situated just outside Parati. Located 250km outside Rio, this sleepy town was designed to have its streets submerge during high tide. The centre of Parati is a museum in itself, with cobbled streets and churches dating back to 1722. 5 nights in the suite on a half board basis.

Days 3-6. In Picinguaba
4 days to explore the region. Where you can take a day on a sailing boat exploring the nearby islands, a day visiting Parati, a day exploring the surrounding forest and waterfalls and a day walking to explore some of the pristine beaches, all of which can be arranged and paid for locally.

Day 7. Transfer to Rio
Met and transferred to Rio de Janeiro and the Copacabana palace hotel for 3 nights in a superior room with an ocean view on a b&b basis.

Days 8-9. In Rio
2 days free for personal exploration. We would suggest visiting Corcovado Mountain, which has the statue of Christ the Redeemer perched on the top, followed by a visit to the famous Sugarloaf mountain to watch the sun set over Rio the mountain is only accessible by cable car.

Day 10. Fly Iguazu
Met and transferred to the airport for your direct flight to Iguazu. Met on arrival and transferred to the Das Cataratas Hotel for 2 nights in a deluxe room on a b&b basis. Met in the afternoon for your boat safari, taking a speedboat ride up the Iguazu River for views of the falls from below, followed by an optional helicopter ride over the falls for views from above – payable locally.


Day 11. In Iguazu
Met and transferred to the Argentinean side of the falls where there are walks at varying levels including a train ride to the devils throat. The afternoon can be spent walking around the Brazilian falls at your leisure

Day 12. Fly to Florianopolis
Met and transferred to the airport for your internal flight to Florianopolis via Sao Paulo. Met on arrival and transferred to Ponta dos Ganchos hotel for 4 nights in a Vila bungalow on a full board basis. Your room has a private Jacuzzi and swimming pool on the balcony overlooking the sea. We have included fresh flowers in your room and a bottle of Veuve Clicqout.

Days 13-15. In Florianopolis
3 days free for personal exploration. The hotel has kayaks and laser sailing boats and its own private beach. You will be able to have a private dinner on the small peninsular island opposite the hotel.

Day 16. Fly to London
Met and transferred to the airport for your internal flight to Sao Paulo, where you will connect with your return international overnight flight to London arriving on following day.

As a guideline, the itinerary outlined above would cost approximately £2,961 per person and includes all activities on a private basis, accommodation and taxes, transfers and meals where mentioned.
